TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED:

a) BROWSING DATA The IT systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed by electronic means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data processing related to the web services of this Site takes place at the Company's headquarters and will only be communicated to the parties necessary for the proper management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the data subject's rights. DEFENSE IN COURT
